This place is a "hidden gem"! The food just tastes, better! I'm not a chef so I couldn't tell you the exact reason why. But a basic burrito here is just flat out better than your favorite spot. The churro flan is amazing and if you dare attempt the salsa bar... good luck! Some of those salsas are SUPER hot and flavorful.

This place is a diamond. If you haven't tried it, I strongly recommend it. Word of advice, don't be doing 45mph on Q st., you might miss it...

Tiny spot in Mid-town Cabaza tacos were fantastic 4 chairs at the counter 3 little tables inside 3 outdoor table areas They don't serve beers They do deliver Kid friendly with high-chairs 10 vegetation options Small salsa bar Feels like a small business you want to succeed!

Regular burrito $9.95 is plenty big--no need to get a super size. Guacamole for only $2 bc it's a small serving size. Nice chips. Nice habanero salsa, which is actually spicy. Good beans too. Tamal de rajas con queso was not the cheese I am used to, pero sí me gustó el puerco adobado.

Such friendly customer service for such a late night post-concert. The young man was so warm and caring, really trying to help us orient to what foods we should try at a new place. Feel like we stumbled on a gem. Amazing taste...Chita Fries were def worth it. Pastor burrito was . Fish Tacos have a sauce with tartar in it, so not my fav but would order again minus the tartar sauce...

This places deserves a 10 star alone just for the generous AMOUNT of beans and rice they gave me when I ordered through door dash. I also ordered just a burrito with rice and beans on the side and they gave THIS MUCH like wow. Food was amazing btw! Please go here ! They deserve all the love

Clean, friendly spot. Menu prices are very modest. Food was served fast, efficient, and by a friendly staff. Definitely worth a try, we were very happy with everything.

Well, all I could do is tell her let's go to Chita's Taqueria and celebrate! My old pal'et, Patti Pumpernickel from my stompin around days called to tell me she just got a brand new Peg Leg and wanted to show it off! Said.. it goes all the way up to where it counts! and even has a quick release...you know... just in case! Said..It's all tricked out, even has a secret compartment for my little deringer, it's cooler than Steve McQueen! You just gotta get here! I made tracks all the way, and made it to Sactown in record time. The Peg Leg was very cool, but not as cool as Steve McQueen. But...Man-O-Man those crunchy tacos from Chita's Taqueria were Amazing! 5 Stars all day long.
